Hey! I'm Shannon, I'm 22 years old and live in Leicester, UK

I created this blog as a lost 16 year old wanting a voice in the world. Since then my blog has gone through many stages, of makeup looks, travel diaries, music playlists, cryptic thoughts, mental health exposure, and even a poetry thing got thrown in once.

Writing is my passion and I don't exactly have a niche but I'd say I somewhat fall into the "lifestyle" category. I'm on a huge self discovery, mental health journey which I talk about a lot after having a nervous breakdown in 2018. The introductory post for that journey is here.
But my blog isn't sad and solely based around mental health, I put a humour mask on just about everything so my posts always somewhat light hearted, whilst always being very real.

5SOS' Hey Everybody Reaction/Review

I wrote out this post yesterday like I said I would, and I'm posting it now. My God am I worn out! I haven't stopped all day, I've got bits and bobs of packing left to do but I can't physically do anything else, everything hurts and I'm tired. Which is perfect because I'll probably fall asleep instantly and then it'll be morning before I know it! Tired tired tired... Okay! 5SOS released their second single from the album quite a while ago now, but I didn't post my reaction then because I couldn't find the words to describe it.. But their video came out last night and I'm definitely feeling different towards it now. I first heard it on Australian radio, well I was supposed to. They were like "ey, we're gonna play the new 5SOS song in 60 minutes!" and then played it in 40 minutes. So I listened via a link on Twitter. Their fault, not mine. Cute things to do in Autumn

As it is now well into September, officially spooky season, officially my cosy, favourite season. It's time for cosy posts again. I was having a conversation with my boyfriend about how excited we are to be getting the cinnamon candles out and fluffy pjs and spooky movies and I started planning out all our cute little 'fall dates' I want us to go on, then I figured, as I love lists so much, and I love autumn blog posts so much, I should write up all my plans and 'bucket list' for autumn. I know seasonal bucket lists are such a 2012 thing to do but I still love them and I love anything autumn/Christmas related and I will forever write lists till the day I die. So here are some things I'm planning to do this Autumn. - Go to a corn maze. I don't live to far from Wistow maze and I've wanted to go for years but never got round to it.
